The library holds Pilates, Barre, Stretch, Dance, and targeted bodywork, with sessions from 5 to 60 minutes, guided by Romy in Arabic and English. You move at your own pace, on your own schedule, with a practice that meets you where you are.

romydrouby.com/registration, choose your plan (Return, Practice, or Dwelling), create your account, and enter your payment details to begin. Your 7 days are completely free and you won't be charged until the trial ends.
You can cancel at any time. Go to Account, then Manage Membership, then Cancel Subscription. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep full access until your next billing date.
Most sessions need only a mat. If you'd like to go deeper, optional props include ankle weights (1–4lb), hand weights (1–2lb), resistance bands, a Pilates ring, a soft ball, a chair, and blocks. Everything needed is listed on each session before you begin.
Some programs are one-time purchases you own forever, no subscription needed. These are clearly marked in the library.
