This challenge was amazing! I needed that motivation to workout and this challenge was exactly what I needed! Romy makes it look so easy but I could feel the burn in every inch of my body. Her bright smile made my day everyday. She has such great energy! We need more challenges like these!!!

Thank you Romy for this challenge, it was practical to do it according to my schedule during the day and it definitely reminded me of how good it feels to be back on track! I enjoyed so much the movements and will definitely be waiting for more online courses with her!!

I just wanted to thank Romy so so much for this lovely smiley sweaty strengthening motivating exciting and one of a kind challenge I have ever experienced in my life since It's been truly difficult to commit myself to sports that much lately… it was pretty intense and super exciting for me for it was truly original new moves that l've learnt and she is such a sweetheart truly.
